Visa Consultancy Agreement

`applicant` means any natural person or any person acting on behalf of the person who uses the services of the officer for preparation, advice and advice related to a visa or migration to Australia under the Australian Immigration Programme; MoreVisas is not part of a governmental authority/organization or message. We are a business owner and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only help and advise people who wish to emigrate or travel to their chosen country. Application or processing fees paid to visa authorities or other institutions are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in MoreVisas` service fees. MoreVisas is not entitled to a refund in case of refusal. You should not rely solely on this result as a true indication of your visa authorization. We would like to clarify that, in accordance with clause 8, we will not issue a refund if you are unable to proceed with your application due to factors that are beyond our control, such as border closures, suspension of visa processing or other factors related to the spread of Covid-19. The services to be provided under this Service Agreement may include: “Services”, the provision of our services for the purpose of providing immigration advisory services, as set out on our website.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and except for the disputes referred to in Section 8 of this Agreement, any dispute relating to the terms of this Agreement shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario. 9.
